Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Answer customer queries and handle objections effectively

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain and update customer databases

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Record call details and outcomes accurately

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
