We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for Home Loan Sales. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining home loan products, and assisting them throughout the loan application process. Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Home Loan products and eligibility criteria.
Generate and convert leads into successful loan applications.
Follow up with customers and maintain relationships.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:
12th Pass, Undergraduate, or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with telecalling and sales.
Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: ₹15,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
Experienced (Telesales): ₹17,000 – ₹24,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives (depending on experience)
