Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

Promote and sell tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings.
