Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and handling incoming inquiries to convert them into sales.
Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers through cold calling, referrals, or databases, and following up on leads to close deals.
Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and securing repeat business, as well as handling customer grievances.
Product Knowledge & Reporting: Developing in-depth knowledge of products/services and maintaining accurate, updated records of customer data, orders, and interactions.
Achieving Targets: Meeting daily and monthly sales quotas and activity targets
