Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + High Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our growing travel company. In this role, you will interact directly with potential travelers, understand their holiday requirements, pitch customized travel packages, and close bookings.

Located conveniently in Sector 3, Noida (a short walk from Sector 16 Metro Station), this role is ideal for candidates looking for a dynamic work environment with high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain holiday packages (domestic and international) to interested clients.

Consultative Selling: Understand client preferences, travel dates, and budget to suggest customized, cost-effective travel itineraries.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with potential leads to address questions, overcome objections, and convert queries into confirmed bookings.

Vendor & Team Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to check package availability and rates.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain warm relations with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Record Keeping: Update lead statuses, call details, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.

Key Requirements

Good verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (experience in travel/hospitality is a big plus).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, web browsing, CRM tools).

Positive, target-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
