Job Description: Telesales Executive

Location : Sector 19, Gurugram (Near Cyber City Metro)

Process : International

Work Mode : Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Timings : 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)

Role Objective

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the face of the company for our international clientele. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, consulting high-net-worth clients on wealth management solutions, and maintaining strong professional relationships to achieve organisational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Identify and reach out to potential high-profile clients in the market to introduce our wealth management and digital solution services.

• Client Consultation: Understand the financial goals and wealth requirements of international clients and provide tailored solutions.

• Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.

• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and explore referral opportunities.

• Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in the financial market and global wealth management landscape.

• Professional Documentation: Prepare and present professional business proposals and reports to clients.

• Mentorship: Guide junior executives in the team to help them improve their communication and conversion skills.

  Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales

• Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to handle HNI (High Net-worth Individuals), and a result-oriented mindset.

• Attitude: Proactive, confident, and a quick learner who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
