Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers within India.
Explain company products/services and generate interest among customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding/service delivery.
Required Skills:
Good verbal communication skills in English + Hindi /Kannada (if required).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any Graduate / PUC / Diploma
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, insurance sales, banking sales, EdTech sales, or lead generation is an advantage.
