Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Industry: Ayurvedic & Wellness Products

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Explain products and offers professionally

• Convert leads into sales

• Build customer trust and maintain relationships

• Follow up with interested customers regularly

• Maintain daily call and sales records

• Coordinate with backend and dispatch teams

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

• Confident and positive personality

• Sales mindset with convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage
