About the Role

Fynnedge Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting and selling Personal Loan and Overdraft products to potential customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain Personal Loan and Overdraft products to customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, insurance, or loan sales will be an added advantage.
