Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Fynnedge Advisory (opc) Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales of Personal Loan and Overdraft products through outbound and inbound calling.

  • Identify prospective customers and assess their financial requirements.

  • Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.

  • Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Assist customers with documentation and application processing.

  • Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Cross-sell and upsell relevant financial products when appropriate.
