Job Summary –Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan/OD products, and converting leads into successful disbursals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.
Connect with customers through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
Explain eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and other product details.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Coordinate with the relevant teams for documentation and loan processing.
Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preferred Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, sales skills, target-oriented approach, and basic knowledge of loan/financial products.
