We are looking for a Tele Sales Manager to join our team F&Y Solutions. The role involves calling to existing & new customers understand their current or upcoming requirement for the IT Products like Hardware, Cloud Server, DATA Center, Cyber Security, Security Audits, DPDP Act Compliance, the position offers a salary of In Hand Salary Plus Handsome Incentive on each & Every sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective or existing Customers using approved scripts to pitch products, services, or updates.

• Handling Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer queries professionally, providing accurate information regarding pricing, features, and policies.

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Ask targeted questions to assess customer needs and identify high-potential leads

• Data Management: Record call outcomes, update customer details, and log interactions in the company's CRM or database.

  Follow-Ups: Reconnect with warm leads, pending inquiries, or lapsed customers to encourage conversions and repeat business.

• Target Achievement: Meet Weekly and monthly Calls, and successful sales conversions.

• Grievance Handling: Address complaints or escalate technical issues to the appropriate department while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0-2 Years of Calling experience in any field/ domain. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
