Hiring Agency Requirement – Telecaller Sales Professional

We are hiring Telecaller Sales Professionals for a Full-Time Work From Office role in Vikaspuri / Uttam Nagar, West Delhi.

Role: Telecaller Sales Professional
Location: Vikaspuri / Uttam Nagar, West Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives — total earning potential up to ₹33,000/month
Experience: Freshers + Experienced both can apply
Age: 18+
Language: Hindi / Hinglish
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
Working Hours: 11 AM–7 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week; Sunday fixed off nahi hai

Job Role

• Company-provided leads par calling

• Interested & non-responsive leads ka follow-up

• Customer requirements samajhna

• Objections handle karna

• Sales close karna

• Daily calling activity & CRM updates maintain karna

• 70–100+ calls daily ke liye comfortable hona

Candidate Requirement

• Good communication & confidence

• Sales aur convincing ability

• Target-based environment mein kaam karne ki willingness

• Rejection aur repeated follow-ups handle kar sake

• Positive attitude & learning mindset

• Genuine interest in sales

• Basic smartphone/CRM knowledge preferred
