We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote Bajaj Finance Overdraft (OD) and Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills with the ability to convert leads into successful loan disbursements while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
• Explain the features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment options of Bajaj Overdraft and Personal Loan products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them.
• Follow up with customers.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the sales process.
