Job Role

We are looking for motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our team for hotel onboarding. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting hotels and properties, explaining our OTA platform, and onboarding them for hotel listing.

Key Responsibilities

* Hotels and accommodation properties ko outbound calls karna.

* Hotel owners/managers ko Jetpat Trip OTA platform ke baare mein explain karna.

* Hotels ko platform par list/onboard karna.

* Property details aur required documents/information collect karna.

* Interested hotel owners ke saath regular follow-up karna.

* Daily calling aur onboarding reports maintain karna.

* Given sales/onboarding targets achieve karna.

Compensation

* Fixed Salary: No

* Incentive/Commission Based Job

* Successful hotel listing/onboarding par incentive diya jayega.

* Earning performance aur number of successful onboardings par depend karegi.

Job Requirements

* Good communication skills.

* Hindi mein fluently baat karne ki ability; basic English preferred.

* Sales/calling experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Confident and convincing personality.

* Smartphone and stable internet connection required.

* Work-from-home environment mein independently kaam karne ki ability.
