We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Eos Globe. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹11,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via calls (inbound/outbound)
Generate leads and close sales (for sales roles)
Provide accurate information and resolve queries
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Maintain records of customer interactions
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or any graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
