Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and capable of converting potential customers into successful sales. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, generating leads, regular customer follow-ups, explaining products/services, handling customer objections, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.

• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services accordingly.

• Regularly follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Convince and engage customers by effectively communicating product/service benefits.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales status.

• Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Negotiate with customers where required and work towards successful deal closure.

• Maintain a proper follow-up pipeline to ensure no potential lead is missed.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, documentation, and customer requirements.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports for management.

• Ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations, proposals, and customer requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 Months – 6 Years in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.

• Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and working with sales targets.
