Telesales Executive

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Hindi Language
Experience: 1-5 Years
Location: Gurgaon / On-site

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone and explain products/services in Hindi.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain customer data and update CRM records regularly.

• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication skills preferred.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2C sales, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

• Ability to handle high-volume calling and customer interactions.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
