Hiring: Telesales Executive

Location: Whitefield

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers Welcome)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive – Banking Process to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, and guiding customers through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal / Business / Home Loans

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups

Assist customers in completing loan applications

Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth loan approval

Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of loan products

12th Pass / Any Graduate
