About Us:
BusyExim is an import-export company working with food products, fruits, and international trade. We deal with suppliers, clients, shipments, documents, deadlines, and occasional chaos disguised as “urgent work.”
We’re looking for a Telesales Executive who can confidently talk to people, follow up without disappearing after two days, and help us grow the business one call at a time.
What You’ll Do:
Call potential clients and follow up on leads
Explain our services professionally
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate meetings with the sales team
Keep records of calls and customer interactions
Achieve sales targets without developing a personal rivalry with the dialer
What We Need:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confidence while speaking on calls
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Ability to handle rejection without taking it as a spiritual attack
Prior telesales or customer handling experience is preferred
Bonus Points If:
You have B2B sales experience
You know anything about import-export
You can stay organized even when everyone around you suddenly remembers work exists at the same time
