Job Summary

We are looking for a Telephonic Sales Executive to handle and convert sales inquiries received through IndiaMART, Google Ads, website, and other online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for prompt customer response, lead qualification, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and customer calls from IndiaMART, Google Ads, website and online platforms.

• Contact new leads promptly, understand their requirements and provide product information.

• Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

• Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp until order closure.

• Coordinate with the sales/design team for quotations and technical requirements.

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

• Schedule customer meetings/site visits for the sales team whenever required.

• Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.

• Submit daily calling and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.

• Experience handling IndiaMART leads, Google Ads leads or online inquiries will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Target-oriented, confident and customer-focused.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and CRM.
