Sales/Telesales Telecaller (Loans)
A Loans Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote, sell, or process loan products (personal, home, business, or gold loans). Key tasks include explaining loan products, evaluating eligibility, and meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales/collection targets.
Key Responsibilities: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria (personal, home, or business loans). Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales, coordinate with the documentation team for processing, and manage high-pressure sales targets.
Goal: Generate leads and close sales over the phone.
Requirements: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. 12th pass to graduate with 0-2 years experience.
