Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan & Overdraft Sales
Job Summary:
Personal Loans & Overdrafts is a front-end sales and customer service professional who contacts potential or existing bank customers to offer unsecured lending products. Their primary goal is to pitch the benefits of a lump-sum personal loan or a flexible overdraft facility, pre-screen candidates, and convert leads into applications.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to prospective clients using an auto-dialer or assigned lead databases.
Product Pitching: Explain the features, interest rates, benefits, and differences between a Personal Loan (lump sum) and an Overdraft (revolving limit). [1, 2, 3, 4]
Lead Qualification: Screen interested prospects by verifying their employment status, income level, and credit history against standard eligibility criteria. [1, 2]
Objection Handling: Confidently address customer queries, clear doubts, and handle rejections to convert hesitant leads. [1, 2, 3, 4]
CRM Data Entry: Log call outcomes, update customer details, and schedule follow-up dates accurately in the CRM system.
Required Skills

Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, NBFC, or loan sales preferred.
