We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at altitude space design & Build pvt.lmt. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Making Sales and Pitches: Call prospective or existing clients using approved scripts to promote offerings and close deals.
Meeting Targets: Achieve daily and monthly call volume, conversion rates, and revenue quotas.
Managing Customer Accounts: Answer product questions, address complaints, and upsell or cross-sell additional items.
Updating Records: Enter customer details, orders, and call outcomes accurately into the company CRM database.
Generating Leads: Hand off qualified, high-potential prospects to field or outside sales teams when needed.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
