Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Aksedge Software Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales for insurance products through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Accurately update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in any insurance sales process (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, or General Insurance).

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred
