About The Role :
As a telesales associate you need to connect with e-commerce industries sellers across India to convince them to use our software for easy inventory, orders & management, payments etc.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements :
• Must be comfortable to make more than 100 calls a day.
• Must have ability to generate better leads for the sales team.
• Must have ability to explain company services clearly and confidently.
• Must have ability handle client queries and maintain follow-ups.
• Must have ability to maintain accurate records of calls and leads.
• Must have ability to achieve monthly given targets.
• Must be 12th pass or graduate in any field.
• Degree pursuing candidates are also eligible to apply.
• Must have good english communication skills atleast.
• We are looking for immediate joiners.
• Male and female both can apply.
• We are hiring for experience upto 1 year in telecalling, telesales and customer support as well.
• Freshers can also apply.
