Key Responsibilities
Lead and Motivate: Guide a team of sales agents or relationship managers to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.
Drive Lead Generation: Oversee the generation of new leads, customer follow-ups, and conversion pipelines.
Monitor Performance: Track daily and weekly metrics, evaluate conversion rates, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Manage Loan Processing: Coordinate with internal credit, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure correct documentation and fast disbursement. Resolve Issues: Handle complex customer queries, escalated issues, and explain loan terms or lending guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or financial services sales.
Skills: Strong leadership, target-driven mindset, good communication, and basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting.
Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (though high school/diploma with strong sales experience is often accepted)
