Key Responsibilities – Telesales Executive (Health Insurance Portability)

• Contact customers through outbound calls using company-provided leads.

• Explain the benefits and process of health insurance portability.

• Understand customers' existing insurance policies and identify their coverage needs.

• Compare available health insurance plans and recommend the most suitable options.

• Build trust by providing accurate product and policy information.

• Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally.

• Follow up with interested prospects until the sale is successfully completed.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth documentation and policy issuance.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance industry guidelines.

• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.

• Stay updated on new health insurance products, portability rules, and market trends.

• Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
