Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of Personal Loan Telecallers.
Monitor daily calling, login, and productivity of team members.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
Train and guide team members on Personal Loan products and sales techniques.
Monitor lead allocation and follow up on customer applications.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with banks/NBFCs.
Track team performance and prepare daily MIS reports.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing cases.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Motivate team members to achieve targets and improve productivity.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Required Skills:
Experience in Personal Loan telecalling or loan sales.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of Personal Loan products and banking processes.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Personal Loan sales/telecalling, with team-handling experience preferred.
Qualification:
HSC preferred.
