# Job Description – Education Counsellor

**Position:** Education Counsellor

**Location:** Dadar / Andheri / Borivali

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Salary:** As per experience and industry standards

## Job Responsibilities

* Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and training programs.

* Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.

* Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.

* Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

* Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

* Provide accurate information about course structure, duration, fees, and batches.

## Requirements

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident and persuasive personality.

* Previous experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or admissions is preferred.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
