Job Title: Team Leader – Personal Loans & Overdraft Process

Location: Sector 6, Noida

Salary: Attractive package with a good hike on last drawn salary (based on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage the Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) process. The ideal candidate will have a background in unsecured loan products, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Team Management: Lead and manage a team of loan processing executives and officers.

· Process Oversight: Ensure smooth processing of personal loan and overdraft applications from sourcing to disbursement.

· Quality Control: Monitor and maintain adherence to quality checks, credit policies, and compliance requirements.

· Coordination: Liaise with credit, operations, and sales teams for seamless workflow and quick resolution of issues.

· Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports for higher management.

· Training & Development: Coach and train new and existing team members on process updates, compliance, and best practices.

· Customer Focus: Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution and support.

Key Requirements:

· Experience: 1-3 years in personal loans/OD process with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

o Strong knowledge of loan processing, credit policies, and documentation

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Proficient in MS Excel and loan management systems
