Telecalling Team Leader

We are looking for a Telecalling Team Leader to join our team at Dfly International Private Limited. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of tele callers/counselors.

• Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.

• Ensure achievement of sales, admission, and lead conversion targets.

• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to team members.

• Track attendance, productivity, and call quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Handle escalations and support team members in closing leads.

• Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
