Telesales Executive

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make calls to prospects and existing clients (outbound) and handle incoming calls (inbound).

• Sales & Upselling: Persuade customers to buy, upsell, cross-sell, and close deals.

• Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales.

• Customer Service: Answer questions, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all sales activities, customer info, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales and call volume targets.

• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to make effective recommendations.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Goal-oriented, results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
