Job Summary

BN Ayurveda is hiring a Team Leader – Sales who will be responsible for individual sales as well as team sales performance for Ayurvedic medicines related to White Spot (Vitiligo). The candidate should be target-driven and capable of leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and convert leads into sales
  
  

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis
  
  

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
  
  

• Handle customer queries related to White Spot (Vitiligo) Ayurvedic medicines
  
  

• Support team members in closing deals and handling objections
  
  

• Maintain daily sales reports, call reports, and performance data
  
  

• Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, and process
  
  

• Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales + team handling
  
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  
  

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  
  

• Knowledge of White Spot (Vitiligo) products will be an advantage
  
  

• Ability to close sales and guide team members to do the same
  
  

• Fluency in Hindi (basic English preferred)
