Job వివరణ

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of 15–20 Sales Executives at OxygenAuto, a Government-Authorized Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF). If you have a passion for sales leadership, team development, and driving business growth in the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Experience: 2–4 years in the Automotive Industry

- Location: Noida

- Gender Preference: Male Preferred

Compensation & Benefits

- Gross Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

- Incentive: 10% of the total sales bookings generated by eligible Sales Executives in the team under the incentive program.
