Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Connect with potential and existing customers via cold/warm calls to drive interest.

• Product Presentation: Clearly explain our products/services, highlighting their key features and benefits to meet customer needs.

• Lead Conversion: Identify sales opportunities, manage prospects, and close sales to meet targets.

• Relationship Management: Build strong rapport, follow up diligently, and address customer inquiries with professionalism.

• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client interaction details and pipeline updates in the system.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to streamline processes and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Qualification — SSLC / PUC / Any Graduate.

• Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.

• Languages: Kannada (Fluent/Mandatory). Proficiency in English or Hindi is a strong advantage.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office/browsing/CRM basic usage).

• Mindset: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
