We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Taxhint Advisors Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Update customer databases and ensure data accuracy.
Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
