Job Description

NDR Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other sources.

• Connect with prospective clients and explain real estate projects.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits.

• Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Business Development preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
