Lead Generation & Customer Interaction

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

• Provide accurate information about company projects, locations, pricing, offers, and amenities.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Customer Follow-up

• Conduct regular follow-up calls with prospective customers.

• Nurture leads through consistent communication and encourage customer interest.

• Address customer queries promptly and professionally.

• Re-engage inactive or pending leads to improve conversion opportunities.

Appointment & Site Visit Coordination

• Convince interested customers to schedule appointments and project site visits.

• Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed appointments and site visit arrangements.

• Ensure customers receive all required information before their scheduled visit.

CRM & Call Records

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

• Update lead status, follow-up remarks, call outcomes, and customer feedback after every interaction.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all customer communications.

• Generate daily call reports and maintain call activity records.

Communication & Coordination

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.

• Share qualified leads with the sales team for further closure.

• Coordinate internally regarding customer requirements and appointment schedules.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets as assigned by the management.

• Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer service standards.

• Meet lead conversion and appointment booking targets.

• Ensure regular follow-ups to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
