2. Payment follow-up

Regular follow-up karna taki borrower payment kare

Installment plans ya settlement options discuss karna

3. Field visits (Field Recovery Executive ke liye)

Borrower ke ghar ya office jaana

Situation samajhna aur recovery ke liye negotiate karna4. Negotiation & Counseling

Borrower ko samjhana ki loan repay karna zaroori hai

Kabhi-kabhi EMI restructure ya settlement karwana

5. Documentation

Recovery status update karna

Calls, visits aur payments ka record maintain karna

6. Legal process support

Agar borrower cooperate na kare, to legal team ko case handover karna

Legal notices ya proceedings mein coordination

🧠 Required Skills:Communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Convincing & negotiation skills

Patience aur pressure handle karne ki ability

Basic computer knowledge
