Role Overview

We're looking for an energetic Telesales Executive to convert inbound enquiries (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Ads) into confirmed kitten bookings. This is a high-volume, high-conversion inbound sales role — you won't be cold calling; you'll be speaking to people who already want a kitten.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via calls and WhatsApp; respond within defined TAT

• Understand customer requirements — breed, budget, city, home setup — and recommend the right kitten

• Share breed details, pricing, photos/videos, and health documentation with prospects

• Follow up systematically with warm leads until closure (maintain follow-up discipline on CRM/lead sheet)

• Collect booking amounts and coordinate with the operations team for delivery/pickup

• Educate first-time pet parents on basic kitten care, vaccination, and what's included in the purchase

• Handle objections around pricing, breed authenticity, and delivery with honesty and patience

• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and lost-lead reasons

• Achieve monthly sales targets and share daily reporting with the manager
  

Requirements

• Excellent spoken Hindi and conversational English (Hinglish comfort is a must)

• Prior telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales experience preferred

• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools

• Genuine love for animals — you'll be selling living companions, not products; empathy and honesty are non-negotiable

• Strong follow-up discipline — most conversions happen on the 3rd to 5th touch

• Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
