Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases or through cold calling.
Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to explain features and benefits clearly to prospects.
Sales Conversion: Follow up on warm leads and use persuasive communication to convert inquiries into sales or scheduled appointments.
Preferred Experience
[0–2 years] of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Qualification Required - HSC Graduate Freshers Can apply.
