Roles & Responsibilities:
· On-board and manage POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners through tele calling.
· Educate POSPs on health insurance products, processes, and sales guidelines.
· Drive business generation through POSP partners with regular follow-ups and support.
· Resolve partner queries related to products, issuance, login, and documentation.
· Achieve monthly B2B POSP activation and sales targets.
· Maintain daily MIS, call logs, and partner performance reports.
