Job Description
Jaypro Infratech Private Limited is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller for our Noida office. The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills and must be comfortable communicating with clients in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Handle incoming enquiries and understand client requirements.
Explain company services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into appointments or potential clients.
Schedule client meetings, office visits, and site visits.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of telecalling/telesales experience.
Good English speaking skills are mandatory.
Strong Hindi communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Confident and professional communication.
Basic computer and CRM/data-entry knowledge.
Ability to handle follow-ups and achieve targets.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
