Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller (Female) with strong English communication skills to handle client calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should be confident in speaking with clients and maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide required information about services

• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups with clients

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales Calling

• Excellent English communication skills

• Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

• Ability to handle client queries and follow-ups efficiently

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
