Job Description

AP Finserv Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting Loan and Credit Card products, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced professionals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce Loan and Credit Card offers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.

• Handle customer inquiries and assist them throughout the application process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge is required.

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales will be an added advantage.
