Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently

• Close sales and achieve daily/weekly targets

• Maintain call records and update customer details

• Follow up with interested prospects for conversions

• Provide basic customer support and handle objections

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

• Ability to work with targets and pressure

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
