We are hiring for our client in the Aviation Training Industry for the role of Tele Counsellor at Gurgaon (Sector 18). This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the BPO/Telecalling domain.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound calling on provided leads
Guide candidates about aviation training programs
Convince candidates to attend counselling sessions
Maintain follow-ups and update lead status

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 12th Pass (Result in Hand)
Freshers can apply
Age: 18–34 Years
Good communication in Hindi & Basic English
Clear speech (No MTI / strong regional accent)
Confident & talkative personality
