Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer data, handle inquiries, and support sales and service teams. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries and service requests.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
Above 12th and Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and maintain data accuracy.
