Job Title: Collection Executive

Company: Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000 CTC per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Rotational

Job Overview:

Fairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-driven Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers via calls to collect outstanding payments
Follow up regularly on pending dues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Negotiate payment plans when required
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to payments
Meet daily and monthly collection targets

Requirements:

Basic communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools is an advantage
Prior experience in collections or telecalling is preferred (freshers can apply)
